Rethinking Care: How Entrepreneurs are Innovating Health and Well-Being

As global health challenges intensify, gaps in access, affordability, and support are becoming impossible to ignore. Entrepreneurs are stepping in with innovative, tech‑enabled, person‑centred solutions that address physical, mental, emotional, and social health.

Rhea Yadav (Wysa),  Anil Kaul (GTW-Global) and Jazmine Cox will share insights on how entrepreneurship is transforming health and care systems, as well as what it takes to scale impact through policy, partnerships, and investment.

Saffron Woodcraft, Acting Director of the IGP, will be sharing reflections on the theme, and Ville Takala will highlight the work of Fast Forward 2030.

The session will be moderated by Manan Majithia, an IGP student and a social entrepreneur with over a decade of experience building and scaling initiatives across the skilling and care economy.

Join us for an evening of discussion, learning, and connection as we explore how care can be redesigned to enable people of all ages to thrive.

An Evening with Ben Soltoff

Fast Forward 2030 will be hosting Ben Soltoff, as he shares insights into his bestseller- π‘«π’Šπ’”π’„π’Šπ’‘π’π’Šπ’π’†π’… π‘¬π’π’•π’“π’†π’‘π’“π’†π’π’†π’–π’“π’”π’‰π’Šπ’‘ 𝒇𝒐𝒓 π‘ͺπ’π’Šπ’Žπ’‚π’•π’† 𝒂𝒏𝒅 π‘¬π’π’†π’“π’ˆπ’š in a moderated discussion. Ben is the Ecosystem-Builder/Entrepreneur in Residence at the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship.

His book is the first how-to book specifically on climate and energy entrepreneurship. It offers a hands-on guide to building impactful solutions for people and the planet, developed from the two-decade track record of MIT’s Climate & Energy Ventures course, which has spun out over 65 ventures that have raised US $2.3 billion in funding and created over 2500 jobs. The book launched in November 2025, and you can learn more here.

Ben will delve into the unique challenges and opportunities that climate and energy entrepreneurs face, highlighting why a specialised framework is essential for success in this field. He will also share case studies of companies that have navigated this unique journey.

In particular, he will discuss how the book integrates lessons learned from these ventures, such as developing robust financial strategies, navigating complex policy landscapes, and measuring planetary impact.

This will be a highly practical and actionable session for anyone starting a venture, aspiring to start a venture, or generally supporting entrepreneurs in climate and energy.

The session will be moderated by Arthur Kay, the co-founder of Fast Forward 2030.

Rethinking Resilience: The Role of Entrepreneurs in the Post-Conflict Reconstruction of Ukraine

The ongoing war in Ukraine has caused immense disruption, with communities, infrastructure, and livelihoods severely affected and losses estimated at over €170 billion. Amidst this devastation, Ukrainian entrepreneurs are stepping up to β€œbuild back better” and reimagine solutions for their communities. Their efforts showcase how people-powered prosperity driven by innovation, resilience, and local initiative can play a critical role in shaping a sustainable post-conflict recovery for Ukraine.

This event will provide an opportunity for participants to engage with insights from the IGP x Fast Forward 2030 White Paper, β€œBuilding Bridges for Ukraine,” and hear directly from entrepreneurs who are already taking action to rebuild Ukraine whilst in pursuit of lasting peace.

We will explore the central question: How can entrepreneurship accelerate Ukraine’s reconstruction?

Join us for an insightful evening and the opportunity to network with entrepreneurs, policymakers, investors, academics, students and development partners engaged in Ukraine’s post-conflict recovery
